Return & Refund Policy
At HavenBloom, we want you to feel confident when ordering wall art from our store. Eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date they are delivered.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must be sent back in like-new condition with its original packaging and any included hardware. We also require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, and personalized items beyond the standard options shown on the product page are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Please contact our team first at contact@havenbloom.shop to request return approval. Once your request is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return label, packing instructions, and a return authorization number, which must appear on the package; returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Order Problems
If your order arrives with any issue, please report it as soon as possible after delivery. This includes damaged artwork or frames, incorrect items such as the wrong design, size, or color, and any missing parts or hanging hardware.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are excluded from returns and refunds. These include custom artwork with personalized text or images, final sale or clearance items, and products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Exchanges and Refund Timing
If you would like a different size or style, return the original item through the approved process and place a new order for the replacement item. After the returned item is received and inspected, usually within 3 to 5 business days, we will send a confirmation of approval or denial; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, although banking delays may add another 3 to 10 business days before the funds appear.
